Yes. You get an app where you can see every enquiry, booking, and review. When something needs your attention you get notified through the app, by text, or by email, whichever works best for you on the job.

If you miss a call while you are working, the system sends the caller an automatic text within seconds, something like “Hi, we are on a job right now, how can we help?” Most people reply instead of moving on to the next tradie on Google.

When a job is finished, every customer automatically gets a text asking them to leave a Google review, with a direct link so it takes seconds. The same message also gives them a private way to tell you if anything was not right, so you hear about problems quickly and can fix them. Every customer is asked the same way, which is what Google's review rules require.

You set the days and times you are available for jobs. Customers see only those slots, they cannot book outside the windows you have set. Once they book, the slot is confirmed and you get notified straight away.
